Welcome to The Running Spout Co. A mobile bar service providing beverage catering for private and public events. By booking our services, attending an event where we are serving, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By hiring or using services from The Running Spout Co. You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages served by The Running Spout Co.

We reserve the right to request valid identification and to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with this policy.

Services Provided

We offer mobile bar services, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service, and licensed bartenders for events.

All services are provided in accordance with state and local liquor laws.

Booking and Payment

A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. Full payment is due [30] days prior to the event date. Payments can be made via [ Cash App, Venmo or Cash ]. Late payments may result in service cancellation.

Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations

Must be made in writing.

If cancellation occurs more than [15] days before the event, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit).

No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than [10] days before the event.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable environment for service (e.g., level ground, shelter if needed).

You are responsible for the conduct of guests and any damages caused to our equipment or staff.

You agree not to allow underage guests to consume alcohol.

Alcohol Service Policy

Service may be refused to intoxicated guests at our staff’s discretion.

We do not allow self-service.

We comply fully with all local liquor laws and reserve the right to stop service at any time for legal or safety reasons.

Liability

TheRunningSpout Co. is not responsible for:

Injuries or damages caused by intoxicated guests.

Property damage unrelated to our negligence.

The Running Spout Co. shall not be held liable for weather-related disruptions unless otherwise specified in writing. By engaging our services, the client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Running Spout Co. and its staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the event.

Content & Media

Unless otherwise agreed, we may take photos or videos at your event for promotional purposes. You may request in writing that no media be shared publicly.

We collect and use client information solely for the purpose of service fulfillment and communication.

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of [U.S, TX].

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
